Power Cycle Camp
Our Power Cycle Camp is back in session! This four-month winter training program is the best group training experience you can have. Designed by J.R. Smith, our program helps athletes develop strong outdoor cycling skills and improve their fitness.
Our cycling program consists of a four phase periodization; base/strength, V02/Anaerobic Capacity, Lactate Threshold and Competition). We will also be continuing to offer our Elite category. Our program combines Sport, Export and Elite workout protocols within the same class structure.
Sport – less than 1.30 watts per lb of body weight at V02
Expert – 1.30 – 1.59 watts epr lb of body weight at V02
Elite – 11.60+ watts per lb of body weight at V02
Come register for our program and our certified Power Cycle Camp coaches will make sure you receive the proper attention your body needs for training during the winter months.
Registration starts October 1, 2012 but register soon since there is limited space.
Classes start November 12, 2012 and end March 15, 2013.
