The KOLIfit cycling program is a twice per week 90 min cycling class themed to both the avid cyclist and those looking for a more aggressive workout then spinning. The classes will be themed and geared toward accomplishing a monthly goal. Incentives are challenges will be used to increase participation and retention in the camp. Each month will culminate with the goal workout.
Programming will be consistent with previous cycle camps. A periodized program will be employed using a monthly cycle. Wattage testing will done each month using established field testing protocols.
Those purchasing 10 passes will be given access to the KOLIfit website which will contain supplemental workouts designed to increase the value of the program.
