Sports Mall Winter Power Cycling – 2016-2017 season.
Third 5 week block begins Feb 13 through Mar 18.
- Price: $99 member $129 non-member per 5 week block
- Optional Private Session – Personal Threshhold Test – $70.
- Class times:
- Mon – Wed 6:30-8:00am OR
- Tues – Thurs 7:00-8:30pm
- Saturday 6:00– 8:00am (optional bonus class – space available)
- Jan 26 – Registration for Session 3 opens.
- Feb 13 – Session 3 begins.
Our indoor power cycling program is perfect for those wishing to improve their cycling fitness throughout the winter months, or for those looking to add a little more structure to their fitness routine.
Sports Mall Winter Power Cycling is open to cyclists of all abilities and we encourage members who are new to the spinning and cycling community to give it a try too!
The cycling workouts are 90 minutes long and each workout features a specific goal and purpose. The camp is broken into 5 week blocks with each training block having a specific purpose. The training program has been put together by professional trainers with a background in cycling and multi-sport.
As a part of the program, your personal spin threshold will be included at the start of each block. Your personal spin threshold gives you 5 specific power/heart rate zone to work within, and each zone has a specific purpose. The power spin camp has been designed to maximize your fitness results using these training zones and all the instructors are active cyclists loaded with knowledge.
