New Flexible Programming and fee structure!

Summary:

The KOLIfit winter cycling camp is the ultimate compliment to enhance your cycling and overall fitness experience. Going beyond Spinning and other indoor cycling programs, this year’s cycle camp features science based progressive programming paired with fun challenge based classes.

Each 6 week periodized phase of this year’s camp will feature a theme, goals, and culminate with a challenge ride at the end of the phase.

Purchase a 10 pass and gain access to KOLIfit’s online fitness platform (a $100 value) where participants will have access to a full supplemental workout program including:

  • Professional strength and flexibility programming written specifically to complement and enhance your cycling experience. Programs are written by professional trainers and updated each cycling phase.
  • Fitness and nutrition tracking
  • Ability to interact directly with coaches and instructors through the KOLIfit site.
  • Passes are transferable through phases and can be purchased at any point.

Not ready to commit to the full phase, or  just looking for an occasional challenging workout, no problem, we offer single class drop in rates. $12 for members and $20 for non-members. Drop in riders will not have access to KOLIfit’s online fitness platform and supplemental programming.
