Focus is on cardiovascular development, core strength development, speed and agility. Will include base training, power training and coordination training.
Use a combination of quick drills, calisthenics, aerobics, and light weight training to get yourself in the shape you need to feel great.
Bootcamp is challenging, but also fun and rewarding. Catering to any fitness level, we will get you results no matter what your goal is. If you don’t like the typical gym setting or training session then bootcamp is for you. Camp will be held indoor and outdoor with a variety of exercises. So if you want that summer body you’ve always wished for, join our bootcamp and be ahead of the game.
