Studio Classes

Aqua Fit

A low-impact class, typically performed in shallow water. It is a safe and effective workout that reduces impact to joints while developing cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility and endurance.

Aqua Tone & Stretch

Includes deep water intervals that will help increase your strength and stamina while providing a low-impact, full body workout.

Aqua Zumba

Beyond the Barre (BTB)

Beyond the Barre is a total body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs, and burns fat in record breaking time.  For men and women who want an effective total body workout overloading each muscle group, combined with stretching for relief.

Cardio Fuse

Cardio Fuse blends elements of aerobics, kickboxing, plyometrics, and resistance training, and core work for a full body workout. Using a mini loop band, you will ignite the arms with the legs in toning tracks and spike your heart rate in the cardio tracks. Fuse Finishers will work the core and the legs one last time to end each class. The music will push you to new limits in Fuse!

Dance Fitness

Experience the benefits of dance and fitness! Dance for fun…dance to improve your timing and coordination…dance for increased flexibility. Dance to relax, dance for toning and body sculpting…dance to have a strong healthy body! Dance technique emphasized through isolations and choreographed tracks.

High Fitness

HIGH Fitness can be best described as choreographed interval training. It is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates interval training with music you love, and intense easy-to-follow fitness choreography. It combines FUN (pop songs of old and new that everyone knows and loves) with INTENSITY (intervals, plyometrics, cardio) and CONSISTENCY (each song has specific simple moves taught the same by all instructors). Together they make a recipe for success, repeat participation, and results! HIGH Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks. There’s no better way to describe it than Body Sculpting Fun. Get Addicted to being fit!

High Low

Reminiscent of the (aerobics) glory days, this format is based on traditional aerobics principles that create a steady state cardio workout without the impact of burpees or cardio push tracks. Offering the same choreographed, sweaty fun of our original format, HIGH Low brings you ENERGY GALORE with impact no more!

LIFT

Our most popular strength training class offers a challenge for all fitness levels.  A combination of dumbbells, bars, balls, tubing or the bosu will be used.

PHUNK Fit

This dance fitness class is for everyone wanting an easy to follow, high energy workout with hot music of all urban genres.  It fuzes funk and hip hop musical styles and HIT training.  the movements progress and intervals are added throughout the hour.

Pilates Mat

Pilates Level 1

The Pilates Method, introduced by Joseph Pilates, is taught from the beginning using his fundamentals and principals of movement.  Pilates emphasizes corer strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.

Pilates Level 2

As in Pilates 1, this class is taught with an emphasis on key movements, but “kicked up a notch.”  Attending 10 Pilates Level 1 classes is recommended.

SHREDZ

A combination class of high intensity cardio with endurance eight exercises.  This class is designed for all levels of fitness.  You can adjust the intensity or modify the difficulty of the workout.  The class is 55 min.

Small Athletic Training (S.A.T.)

A fun and fast-paced workout! S.A.T. combines both cardio and strength training to give you a great total body workout. Class is capped at 6 participants, giving our instructors the ability to take you all around the club to utilize all the equipment the Sports Mall has to offer.

Step

Step classes offer varying choreography and intensity.  Step I for beginners to moderately experienced.  Step II for more confident “steppers.”

Surge Fit

SURGE FIT is the energizing HIIT workout that will get you results fast! High intensity cardio tracks that push fat burning systems into high gear are intertwined with high-rep strength training tracks that shape and tone your body for maximum results. Popular music driven highs and lows combined with a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate and muscles surging to push you to your personal best. Feel the surge!

Yoga

We offer all levels of Yoga from Gentle Yoga to Level 3 Hatha Yoga-seven days a week. Our Restore Yoga, calms the soul and our challenging level 2-3 classes practice handstands, arm balances and backbends. Pick your level and time and join us with a varied practice each day of the week.
