Water Fitness Classes
W.E.T. (Water Exercise Training)
A combination of deep and shallow water cardiovascular and strength training exercises. Non-swimmers welcome. Intensity variations will be offered. Floatation devices are available if needed and can also be purchased at the Front Desk.
This exciting class is taught from the pool deck to emphasize the high intensity of the zumba workout without the impact of a studio floor. This is a class for all levels of WET participants wanting some Salsa, Cambio, Tango and more in a pool setting.
A lighter approach to exercise for all populations.
Put on your water belts, and grab your water bells to move through the deep water and experience a great fat burning workout.
WET N’ WEIGHTS
An intense pool workout in deep and shallow water, with water bells, noodles. Lots of fun! Adaptable for all levels of fitness.
