Our Fit over 60 program offers daily NEVER 2 LATE classes that are designed for individuals 60 years of age and older, new to fitness, returning from an injury, beginning an exercise program, or who simply need, or want, a lighter approach to exercise.


Three (3) Day AM Access Only
Cost: $25.00+tax Initial Fee plus per $25.00+tax per month
Includes: Monday-Wednesday-Friday OR Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday.
Club access hours: 7:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. on selected days.

Five (5) Day AM Access Only
Cost: $35.00+tax Initial Fee plus $35.00+tax per month
Includes: Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday-Saturday
Club access hours: 7:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. on selected days.

Three (3) Day Access Only
Cost: $30.00+tax Initial fee plus $30.00+tax per month
Includes: Monday-Wednesday-Friday OR Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday.
Club access hours: 5:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Unlimited Access (for Fit over 60 members only)
Cost: $40.00+tax Initial Fee plus $40.00+tax per month.
Upgrade:Add a spouse $25+tax fee plus $12.00+tax per month.
Includes: Unlimited number of classes, All days.
Club access hours: Not Restricted

All Options: requires EFT (automatic payment withdrawal) and 30-day notice to cancel or freeze membership.

Silver Sneakers® and Silver and Fit Membership

Your health benefits through your insurance plan may earn you a complimentary membership here at the Sports Mall. All Senior memberships include free access to all “non-fee” group fitness classes and full use of all club facilities (excluding tennis courts – which can be added for an additional fee).

Our outstanding senior program offers classes for all ages and fitness levels including “SilverSneakers Strength” and “Silver Sneakers Yoga” classes as well as Cardio classes designed especially for the 55 plus population.

NTL (Never Too Late) – Studio classes – Designed especially for the 55 plus population yet effective for all ages and fitness levels. Classes include low impact choreography to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength training using a variety of equipment and exercises to improve strength, balance and flexibility to reduce the risk of injury. Plus basic gentle Pilates exercises for strength and flexibility with safety options.  Includes lots of fun and enjoyable music.

  • You do not have to be a senior to enjoy both fitness and fun in our NTL classes.
  • All senior classes taught by certified instructors with additional older adult training.

SPLASH/SENIOR AQUA FITNESS – Water classes for all fitness levels, yet designed to lessen rebound movements and shoulder stress especially for the senior population. Intensity options are offered for all exercises and for individual safety. Water exercise includes less stress to all joints and fun is always part of every class.


SilverSneakers Classic

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance.  A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

SilverSneakers Circuit

Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout.  Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography.  A chair is used for standing support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.

SilverSneakers Yoga

SilverSneakers Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses.  Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.  Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Groups of 4 people. 4 sessions over 4 weeks (1 per week).
