Youth Swim Programs – Summer 2010
Pre-registration is required to guarantee
a spot for swim lessons. Child may not participate in second day of lesson until payment is made in full. To register:
Call or in person at the customer service desk at the Sports Mall.Classes
may be combined; there is a three student minimum to hold class. There will be no make-up days for poor weather conditions. To
determine if classes have been canceled due to poor weather conditions, notification will be available by calling the front
desk 30 minutes prior to your scheduled lesson time. Credits may be issued for future lessons; however,
there will be no refunds or make-ups.
Youth Swim Lessons: Ages 3-15 Gives participants a positive, developmentally appropriate aquatic learning experience
that emphasizes water safety, survival and foundational swimming concept. Skills are age-appropriate, helping
participants achieve success on a regular basis while in a class environment with their peers.Cost: Member $50, Non-Members $60 per studentSession

Youth Saturday Lessons: Age 3-15 Saturday group lessons are excellent
for learning and maintaining swimming skills. With one lesson per week, swimmers have a chance to practice
new skills and look forward to upcoming lessons.Cost: Members
$25, Non-Members $35 per studentSession Time: 10:00-10:30 (Additional

Parent – Tot Lessons: Age 4 months – 3 years Builds basic
water safety skills for both parents and children, helping infants and young children become comfortable in the water so they
are willing and ready to learn to swim. These basic skills include adjusting to the water environment,
showing comfort while maintaining a front to back position in the water and demonstrating breath control, including blowing
bubbles or voluntarily submerging under water. Parent Participation
required. Swim diaper required.Cost: Members $25, Non-Members

Age Group
Competitive Swim Team “Sharks”: Ages 5-15 Encourages good sportsmanship, team work and goal setting.
Students learn and improve technique for the four competitive swimming strokes and work on building endurance through
discipline and practice. Swim meets will be held on the weekends during the summer, and are optional.Begins: June 7th – Parent Orientation @ 7:00 am, swim practice
will follow.Cost: Members $70.00, Non-Members $80.15% discount when June, July, and August are all paid in full. $10.00 late fee will
be applied if payment is not made by the end of the 1st week of each month.Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.Time: 7:00 am – 8:15 am
Masters Swim Team: Ages 18 and Up Ideal for
individuals who would like to improve their endurance, cross train, have an interest in triathlons, look to better technique
and style, or simply love to swim.Cost: Members $35, Non-Members
$45Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30 pm – 6:45 pm
Private Swim Lessons Available for adults
and youth who want one-on-one attention that private swimming lessons offer. All ages and levels are welcome.
Lessons are scheduled at the convenience of the participant.Cost:
