Water Fitness Classes
W.E.T. (Water Exercise Training)
A combination of deep and shallow water cardiovascular and strength training exercises. Non-swimmers welcome. Intensity variations will be offered. Floatation devices are available if needed.
An exhilarating water class with Zumba moves taught on deck by expert instructors demonstrating the choreography with enthusiasm and energy. No experience necessary. You will love this class and achieve great body changes with no impact aerobic fitness.

WET N’ WEIGHTS
An intense pool workout in deep and shallow water, with water bells, noodles. Lots of fun! Adaptable for all levels of fitness.
